License and Commercial Contract Service
Are you tired of paying more to your attorney to draft, review and negotiate a license or commercial agreement than their value? We also don't think it makes a lot of economic sense to pay an attorney an equivalent of the annual value of the license or commercial agreement.
For licenses with an annual value of less than $120,000, we charge the following:
- New license drafting: Range of $2,000 to $12,000
- Existing license revisions and negotiations: Range of $2,500 to $8,000
- For licenses and commercial agreements with an annual value of more than $120,000, we charge a fixed 10% of annual license value.
