Within a fixed fee range of $1000 to $3000 per month plus a negotiated equity stake, we provide executive management talent which includes:

- Our Virtual GC services.
- Structuring and implementing fund raising programs.
- Locating and transitioning full time management.
Parameters of services:
- This service does not include budgeting, accounting, payroll or other HR functions.
- This service does not include any court appearances, court filings or anything related to litigation or dispute resolution.
- This service does not include regulatory matters of any kind or any tax matters.
- This service does not include other services provided by Mammoth (e.g., transaction services, subscription services, prosecution services, etc.)
- There is no subscription agreement so you can stop at any time.
- Our subscription and other fixed fee services are not retainers.
