- Commercial form agreements include form general services agreements, invention assignment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements, distribution agreements, product agreements and other short-form commercial agreements.
- This does not include drafting new commercial agreements "from scratch."
- Upon evaluation of the commercial form agreement, we provide an issues list for your consideration.
- You pay in for each month in advance.
- There is no subscription agreement so you can stop at any time.
- Our subscription and other fixed fee services are not retainers.
