Virtual General Counsel Subscription Service
We want pro-active clients who seek us out for legal advice before more making business decisions. All of our fixed fee and subscription services are designed to encourage our clients to call us with questions.
For a fixed fee range of $800 to $3,000 per month, we provide general legal representation which includes:
- General legal advice on corporate, finance, intellectual property and commercial matters.
- Analysis and research on legal issues.
- Conference calls and meetings with your team and board meetings.
- Initial review of proposed agreements and exploratory phone calls.
Parameters of services:
- This service does not include any court appearances, court filings or anything related to litigation or dispute resolution.
- This service does not include regulatory matters of any kind or any tax matters.
- This service does not include other services provided by Mammoth (e.g., transaction services, subscription services, prosecution services, etc.)
- There is no subscription agreement so you can stop at any time.
- Our subscription and other fixed fee services are not retainers.
