  • At $2,500 per month, we evaluate, revise and negotiate up to 2 IT vendor licenses per month. [At any time during a given calendar month, Mammoth will be in the process of evaluating, revising or negotiating a total of 2 IT vendor licenses.]
  • At $3,200 per month, we evaluate, revise and negotiate up to 6 IT vendor licenses per month. [At any time during a given calendar month, Mammoth will be in the process of evaluating, revising or negotiating a total of 6 IT vendor licenses.]

Parameters of services:

  • Information Technology licenses include data licenses, cloud computing licenses (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS), software licenses, service level agreements, technology rental and purchase agreements, database licenses and technology-related service agreements.
  • Wealth Management IT licenses include (in addition to the above bullet) FIX licenses, Trading Management platforms and other technology licenses particular to the Wealth Management industry.,
  • This does not include drafting new licenses "from scratch."
  • Upon evaluation of the IT license, we provide an issues list for your consideration and we discuss with your sourcing and IT folks potential technology issues that may effect the drafting of the license.
  • You pay for each month in advance.
  • There is no subscription agreement so you can stop at any time.
  • Our subscription and other fixed fee services are not retainers.
